Liz Conroy has always felt a calling to hairstyling. From a young age she was drawn to the energy and creativity of the salon atmosphere, eagerly anticipating her future career. Today, her greatest joy behind the chair is helping clients feel beautiful and confident.

Specializing in warm, dimensional color, Liz's expertise is in modernizing grey coverage and creating looks that allow clients to embrace their dream hair - no matter their stage in life.
​
When she's not at Leave Her Wild, Liz enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Jason, as well as family and friends. She's a fan of Bravo TV and indulges in her guilty pleasure when she gets the chance. Liz also treasures snuggle time with her two corgis, Ein and Azula. Excitingly, she welcomed her first baby in February, marking an incredible new chapter in her life.

For Liz Collins, the salon has always been more than just a place to get your hair done—it’s where confidence grows, stories are shared, and magic happens. After a major career pivot in 2013, she followed her heart straight into the salon and never looked back.

With the expertise of a seasoned stylist and the warmth of an old friend, Liz creates an experience that goes far beyond the hair. She’s all about connection—listening closely, laughing easily, and making you feel completely at home in her chair. Her goal? To help you leave not only looking amazing, but feeling empowered, seen, and totally yourself.
She’s a master of advanced blonding techniques and custom color formulations, and she lives for the challenge of color corrections. Whether you’re craving a rich brunette refresh, fiery red, bold vivid, or the perfect sun-kissed blonde, Liz creates looks that are tailored, dimensional, and effortless.
When she's not behind the chair, Liz is probably planning her next Disney adventure, hanging out with her pups Tillie and Caesar, or enjoying time with her husband, Erik

Caitlin Figgins always knew she wanted to help people — & making them feel beautiful & confident is just how she does that.
She’s passionate about creating dimensional brunettes, bright blondes, & loves the challenge of a big color correction. Her chair is all about great hair, lots of laughs, and a fun, relaxing environment.
When she’s not at Leave Her Wild, you’ll find her lost in a book, off on a spontaneous day trip (usually chasing down a bookstore), or spoiling her cats Salem & Opie.​​​

Michelle D'Innocenzo
Stylist
From the time she was just six months old, Michelle has been captivated by hair - it's always been the first thing she noticed about people. That early fascination grew into a lifelong passion, and for the past 21 years she's turned that love into a thriving career in the beauty industry.
​
Her specialities include lived-in color, stubborn grey coverage, precision cutting, curly haircuts and men's grooming. She takes pride in creating styles that feel natural, low-maintenance and effortlessly beautiful - helping each client look and feel like their best self.

Outside of the salon, Michelle enjoys soaking up family time (particularly her nieces and goddaughters), planning her next trip to Maine, kayaking, or curled up with a good book. She's a proud dog mom & enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible.
Jason Driscoll
Owner & Manager
With over a decade of experience in sales, operations, and talent management, Jason brings a strategic, polished approach to leading multi-unit businesses. He has successfully overseen 15 to 20 retail locations at once for several respected brands, ensuring every facet of salon operations runs seamlessly—from behind-the-scenes logistics to the client experience.
Jason’s true passion lies in people. Known for his honest, direct communication and unwavering integrity, he fosters a culture of trust that elevates both team morale and guest satisfaction. His thoughtful leadership ensures every client visit reflects the care, quality, and consistency that define our brand.
Outside the salon, Jason leads a full life with his wife Liz, their son Vinny, and their two corgis. He’s a connoisseur of great food, a devoted car enthusiast, and a lifelong anime fan. Whether he’s discovering a new restaurant, working on cars with his father and friends, or fine-tuning the client journey, Jason is always driven to elevate the experience.
And if you’re up for a challenge, he’s always game for Mario Kart or Super Smash Bros—no questions asked.
